The Citroen Dispatch was the mid-size panel van Citroen Australia sold alongside the smaller Berlingo, and this is the short-wheelbase version as Citroen Australia specified it in 2010. It runs a 2.0-litre common-rail turbo-diesel making 88kW and 300Nm from 2,000rpm through a six-speed manual, and the regulator's own certification records it as a three-door two-seat van using 7.2L/100km combined with CO2 of 194g/km to Euro 4. Standard equipment on every Dispatch was deliberately basic: ABS with emergency brake assist, a driver's airbag, air conditioning, remote central locking, three-point belts on both seats and a reach and rake adjustable steering wheel with audio controls. Almost everything a car buyer would expect was an option, including stability control, cruise control, a passenger airbag, electric front windows, rear parking sensors and Bluetooth, so two Dispatch vans of the same year can be equipped very differently. Citroen Australia published no dimensions, masses or load volumes for this van on its website, and the specification sheet it linked to has not survived in any archive, so those figures read as no data here rather than being estimated. Citroen quoted payload across the whole range as 988 to 1,188kg without breaking it down by wheelbase, so no payload figure is stored against this variant. It has no ANCAP rating on record.

Mechanically it matches the short-wheelbase van: a 2.0-litre common-rail turbo-diesel making 88kW and 300Nm from 2,000rpm, driving the front wheels through a six-speed manual. The extra length costs a little fuel, with the regulator's certification recording 7.4L/100km combined and 196g/km of CO2 to Euro 4 against the short van's 7.2 and 194. Standard equipment was the same short list: ABS with emergency brake assist, a driver's airbag, air conditioning, remote central locking, three-point belts and an adjustable steering wheel with audio controls, with stability control, cruise control, a passenger airbag, electric front windows, rear parking sensors and Bluetooth all optional. Citroen also offered pneumatic rear suspension, which it described as giving an adjustable ride height for easier loading, and which was the only way to get the 100kW version of the engine. Citroen Australia published no dimensions, load volumes or masses for the van on its website, and the specification sheet its own page linked to has not survived in any archive, so those figures read as no data.
