• Reliability Scores: Our reliability scores are indicative estimates based on publicly available data including ACCC recall records, manufacturer warranty terms, and aggregated owner satisfaction ratings (displayed with source attribution). These scores are not guarantees or predictions of vehicle reliability and should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions.
• Vehicle Compliance: Australian Design Rules (ADR) compliance and registration requirements vary by state. Verify with your local transport authority before purchase.
• ANCAP Ratings: Safety ratings are sourced from ANCAP and may expire. Check ancap.com.au for current ratings.
• Fuel Economy: Fuel consumption figures are from manufacturer data and Green Vehicle Guide. Real-world results will vary based on driving conditions.

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, CarSorted and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on information provided on this website
• Any purchasing decisions made based on comparisons or data shown
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing, specifications, or other data
• Changes in vehicle specifications, pricing, or availability
• Any issues with vehicles purchased after using this service

• Non-Refundable (change of mind): Because a Pro Report is a personalised digital product compiled and delivered at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — if a report is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund.
• Personal Use: Reports are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or used commercially.
• Point-in-Time Data: Reports reflect data at the time of generation. Prices and specifications may change.

If user reviews are enabled on the platform:

• We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews at our discretion
• Reviews must be genuine and based on actual ownership or experience
• Defamatory, offensive, or misleading reviews will be removed
• By submitting a review, you grant us a license to display and use your content

The CarSorted name, site design, original written content, comparison tools and calculators are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish or commercially exploit our content without permission.

Vehicle makes, model names, logos and images are the trademarks and copyright of their respective manufacturers. They are used on CarSorted for the purpose of identification, editorial reporting and comparison (fair dealing), and their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship or endorsement by those manufacturers. Manufacturer press and specification images are used under the terms on which they are made publicly available; if you own rights in any material and believe it has been used incorrectly, contact us and we will address it promptly.

When using CarSorted, you agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, crawl or bulk-extract data or content by automated means without our prior written consent
• Use the site or its data to build a competing product or database
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or systems
• Misrepresent your identity, or use the site for any unlawful, misleading or harmful purpose

We may rate-limit, block or restrict access to protect the site and its data, and may suspend access where these Terms are breached.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
