Denza Z9GT is the first model from BYD's premium brand confirmed for the Australian market, launching in Q3 2026. The all-electric grand-tourer wagon produces approximately 850kW from a tri-motor setup, hits 100km/h in 2.7 seconds, and has a CLTC range of 820km. Built on Denza's eĀ³ platform with rear-wheel steering, the Z9GT charges from 10 to 97 percent in around 9 minutes on a 1,500kW DC charger using BYD's new Flash architecture. Australian pricing is yet to be confirmed but expected in the $80,000 to $130,000 range. Detailed specifications including dimensions, kerb weight, battery capacity and warranty terms will be confirmed closer to launch.
