The MY2015 Yeti Active 77TSI manual is the cheapest way into Skoda's facelifted compact SUV, listed at $23,490 before on-road costs or $23,990 drive-away on Skoda Australia's November 2014 price sheet. The 1.2-litre turbo four makes 77kW and 175Nm, takes 11.4 seconds to 100km/h and uses 6.0L/100km combined for 140g/km of CO2 on ADR 81/02 - the most efficient Yeti Skoda sold here. Tare mass is 1380kg, the boot holds 321 litres behind the rear seats and 1665 litres with them removed, and braked towing is 1200kg. The facelift made a reversing camera, keyless entry with push-button start, rear parking sensors, cruise control, a touchscreen head unit and 17-inch Scudo alloys standard even on the Active. Skoda's own equipment matrix marks light assist, the rain sensor, front fog lights, front parking sensors, dual-zone climate and the rough-road underbody package as not offered on this grade; most of them came back as part of the $2,600 Tech Pack.
Configure the 77TSI Active (Manual)The MY2015 Yeti Active 77TSI DSG pairs the 1.2-litre turbo four with Skoda's seven-speed twin-clutch, listed at $25,790 before on-roads or $26,290 drive-away in November 2014. Power and torque are unchanged at 77kW and 175Nm, but the DSG reads 11.7 seconds to 100km/h and 6.7L/100km combined for 157g/km on ADR 81/02, where the manual manages 11.4 and 6.0. Tare mass rises to 1410kg. The boot holds 321 litres, or 1665 with the VarioFlex seats out, and braked towing is 1200kg. Standard equipment matches the manual Active: seven airbags, stability control with hill hold, a reversing camera, rear parking sensors, KESSY keyless entry, cruise control, ISOFIX and 17-inch Scudo alloys. Light assist, the rain sensor, front fog lights, front parking sensors and dual-zone climate are marked not offered on the Active column and were sold instead inside the $2,600 Tech Pack.
Configure the 77TSI Active (DSG)The MY2015 Yeti Ambition 90TSI is the mid-grade front-drive Yeti, at $28,290 before on-road costs or $30,990 drive-away on Skoda Australia's November 2014 sheet. Its 1.4-litre turbo four makes 90kW and 200Nm, runs a seven-speed DSG only, and returns 6.8L/100km combined with 159g/km of CO2 on ADR 81/02 for a 10.6-second 0-100km/h. Braked towing rises to 1300kg. Tare mass is 1445kg. Over the Active it gains dual-zone Climatronic air conditioning, front and rear parking sensors, light assist, a rain sensor, front fog lights, eight speakers instead of four, lumbar adjustment for both front seats, the rough-road underbody package, sunglasses storage, chromed inner door handles, silver roof rails and 17-inch Annapurna alloys. A $2,400 Tech Pack added Bi-Xenon AFS headlights, Amundsen satellite navigation, a 12-speaker premium sound system, automatic parking assist, LED tail lights and DAB.
Configure the 90TSI Ambition (DSG)The MY2015 Yeti 4x4 Outdoor 103TDI was the top of Skoda Australia's Yeti range at $33,590 before on-road costs, or $36,690 drive-away in November 2014. The 2.0-litre turbo diesel makes 103kW and 350Nm, drives all four wheels through a fifth-generation Haldex coupling and a six-speed DSG, and returns 6.7L/100km combined with 174g/km of CO2 on ADR 81/02. It is the only MY15 Yeti with independent rear suspension, and the only one that changes shape underneath: a 19-degree approach angle and a 32-degree departure angle against the front-drivers' 17.1 and 30. Braked towing is 1700kg with an 85kg tow ball limit. Tare mass is 1595kg, and the boot holds 321 litres or 1665 with the seats removed. Outdoor styling brings black off-road bumpers, silver mirrors, black door sills and 17-inch Erebus alloys. A $500 Off-road Pack added off-road assist, privacy glass, black Matterhorn alloys and a double-sided boot mat.
Configure the 103TDI 4x4 Outdoor (DSG)The Skoda Yeti (5L, 2011-2017) is a boxy, upright compact SUV built on VW Group PQ35 underpinnings and sold in Australia in front-drive petrol grades (77TSI Active, 90TSI Ambition) and 4x4 Outdoor diesel/petrol grades. Its standout for used buyers is the VarioFlex three-seat rear bench that slides, folds and lifts out entirely, plus a genuinely tall, square cabin. Watch for DSG (dry-clutch 7-speed on FWD, wet-clutch 6-speed on 4x4) service history and the timing of the May 2014 facelift, which brought the sharper corporate face shown here.

Configure the 77TSI Active (DSG)This is the six-speed DSG version of the MY2012 Yeti 103TDI 4x4, the diesel all-wheel-drive Yeti. The 2.0-litre turbo diesel makes the same 103kW and 320Nm as the manual, but the twin-clutch gearbox reads 10.2 seconds to 100km/h instead of 9.9, tops out at 187km/h, and uses 6.7L/100km combined for 174g/km of CO2 on ADR 81/02 against the manual's 6.2 and 162. Tare mass is 1615kg for the column, the tank holds 60 litres and braked towing is 1600kg. Drive goes through a Haldex clutch between the axles. Standard equipment includes seven airbags, ESC with hill hold, underbody protection, front fog lights, dual-zone climate control, auto headlights, rain-sensing wipers, a Bolero head unit with a six-CD stacker and 17-inch Spitzberg alloys. Columbus navigation, off-road technology, a sound system, leather and heated front seats were optional.
Configure the 103TDI 4x4 (DSG)This is the seven-speed DSG version of the MY2012 Yeti 77TSI, the front-drive entry point to Skoda Australia's compact SUV. The same 1.2-litre turbo petrol four makes 77kW and 175Nm, but the twin-clutch gearbox costs a little performance and efficiency: 12.0 seconds to 100km/h against the manual's 11.8, 173km/h flat out, and 7.0L/100km combined with 165g/km of CO2 on ADR 81/02, where the manual reads 6.6 and 154. Towing is 1200kg braked, the tank holds 55 litres and Skoda quotes a 1380kg tare mass for the column. The equipment list is identical to the manual's - seven airbags, ESC with hill hold, air conditioning, cruise control, Bluetooth, heated power mirrors, 16-inch Nevis alloys and the VarioFlex rear seat - and so is the list of things the brochure marks unavailable on the front-drive Yeti: underbody protection, fog lights, dual-zone climate, auto headlights and rain-sensing wipers.
Configure the 77TSI (DSG)This is the six-speed DSG version of the MY2012 Yeti 112TSI 4x4, the petrol all-wheel-drive Yeti and the one the badge is actually named for: Skoda's table prints 112kW at 4300-6200rpm for the DSG against 118kW for the manual, with 250Nm from 1500rpm in both. It takes 9.0 seconds to 100km/h, runs to 192km/h and uses 8.2L/100km combined for 194g/km of CO2 on ADR 81/02, marginally better than the manual's 8.4 and 197. Braked towing is 1600kg. Tare mass is 1545kg, the tank holds 60 litres and drive goes through a Haldex clutch between the axles. It carries the 4x4 equipment column in full: underbody protection, front fog lights, dual-zone climate, auto headlights, rain-sensing wipers, a Bolero head unit with a six-CD stacker and 17-inch Spitzberg alloys.

Configure the 92TSI Ambition (DSG)The 112TSI was the petrol all-wheel-drive Yeti that Skoda Australia added to the MY2012 range in March 2012, and this is its six-speed manual form. Skoda's own table prints 118kW at 4500-6200rpm for the manual - the DSG is the 112kW car the badge names - with 250Nm from 1500rpm, 8.4 seconds to 100km/h and a 200km/h top speed, which made it comfortably the quickest Yeti sold here. It is also the thirstiest: 8.4L/100km combined and 197g/km of CO2 on ADR 81/02. Braked towing is 1600kg. Tare mass is 1545kg, the tank holds 60 litres and drive runs through a Haldex clutch. Equipment matches the 103TDI 4x4 column, so underbody protection, front fog lights, dual-zone climate control, auto headlights, rain-sensing wipers, 17-inch Spitzberg alloys and a Bolero head unit are all standard, with Columbus navigation, off-road technology, a sound system, leather and heated front seats on the options list.
Configure the 112TSI 4x4 (Manual)By MY2017 the Australian Yeti range had shrunk to three cars, and this manual 81TSI was the cheapest at $25,490 drive-away. The 1.2-litre turbocharged four makes 81kW, runs a six-speed manual, and Skoda quotes 179km/h, 10.9 seconds to 100km/h and 5.6L/100km on ADR 81/02 - with Green Tech stop-start and brake energy recuperation standard. Equipment covers seven airbags, stability control with ABS, EBD, anti-slip regulation, an electronic differential lock and hill hold, a reversing camera, rear parking sensors, KESSY keyless entry with push-button start, a 6.5-inch Bolero touchscreen with eight speakers, Bluetooth, USB and SD, cruise control, heated power mirrors, a leather multifunction wheel, height-adjustable front seats and 17-inch Scudo alloys. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB, the rain sensor and Amundsen satellite navigation were all pack options rather than standard. This was the last Yeti model year sold in Australia; Skoda announced the end of the model in August 2018.
Configure the 81TSI (Manual)The MY2017 Yeti 81TSI DSG is the seven-speed twin-clutch version of the run-out front-drive Yeti, at $27,790 drive-away. The 1.2-litre turbo petrol four makes 81kW and Skoda quotes 5.7L/100km combined on ADR 81/02 against the manual's 5.6, with Green Tech stop-start and brake energy recuperation standard on both. Equipment is identical to the manual: seven airbags, stability control with hill hold and an electronic differential lock, a reversing camera and rear parking sensors, KESSY keyless entry with push-button start, a 6.5-inch Bolero touchscreen with eight speakers, Bluetooth, USB and SD, cruise control, heated power mirrors and 17-inch Scudo alloys. SmartLink with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB, the rain sensor and the Amundsen navigation head unit were pack options. This was the final Australian Yeti model year - Skoda's own model pages went offline in January 2018 and the company announced the end of the model in August that year.
Configure the 81TSI (DSG)The MY2012 Yeti 77TSI was the front-drive entry to Skoda Australia's compact SUV, and this is the six-speed manual version of it. The 1.2-litre turbo four makes 77kW at 5000rpm and 175Nm from 1550rpm, which is enough for 11.8 seconds to 100km/h and a 175km/h top speed, and Skoda quotes 6.6L/100km combined and 154g/km of CO2 on ADR 81/02. Tare mass is 1380kg, the tank holds 55 litres and the braked towing limit is 1200kg. Standard kit runs to seven airbags, stability control with ABS, EBD, anti-slip regulation and hill hold, air conditioning, cruise control, Bluetooth, a leather-wrapped multifunction wheel, heated and electrically adjusted mirrors, 16-inch Nevis alloys and Skoda's VarioFlex rear seating. The brochure marks underbody protection, fog lights, dual-zone climate, auto headlights and rain-sensing wipers as not available on this front-drive column - they belong to the 4x4. Bi-Xenon headlights, a panoramic sunroof, privacy glass, an alarm, parking sensors and Park Assist were all optional, and the brochure prints no price for any of them.
Configure the 77TSI (Manual)The MY2012 Yeti 103TDI 4x4 in six-speed manual form is the diesel, all-paw version of Skoda's compact SUV, with a Haldex clutch splitting drive between the axles. The 2.0-litre common-rail four makes 103kW at 4200rpm and 320Nm from 1750rpm, good for 9.9 seconds to 100km/h and 190km/h, and Skoda quotes 6.2L/100km combined and 162g/km on ADR 81/02. Tare mass is 1615kg, the tank holds 60 litres, and braked towing is 1600kg with an 80kg tow ball limit. The 4x4 column picks up equipment the front-driver goes without: underbody protection, front fog lights, dual-zone climate control, auto headlights with coming-home and leaving-home, rain-sensing wipers, sunglasses storage, 17-inch Spitzberg alloys and a Bolero head unit with a six-CD stacker. Off-road technology with hill descent assist, Columbus satellite navigation, leather trim, a sound system and heated front seats were all optional extras, priced nowhere in the brochure.
