The smart #5 is the brand's largest model, a mid-size electric SUV confirmed for Australia with a launch expected in the second half of 2026 (distributed by LSH Auto). The Pro+ is the entry grade: a single rear motor making 267kW and 373Nm, fed by a 100kWh (94kWh usable) 800-volt NMC battery for a 590km WLTP range and up to 400kW DC fast charging, 10 to 80 percent in around 18 minutes. It rides on 19-inch wheels with 245/50 R19 tyres and carries a 13-inch OLED touchscreen and a 10.25-inch driver display. It holds a 5-star Euro NCAP rating from 2025; an ANCAP result is pending. Australian pricing has not been announced.

It swaps the rear-drive single motor for dual motors making a combined 475kW and 710Nm with all-wheel drive, for a claimed 0-100km/h of 3.8 seconds and a 210km/h top speed, while still managing a 540km WLTP range from the 100kWh 800-volt battery. It gets 21-inch Monoblock Z wheels on 255/40 R21 tyres, red brake calipers, a Sennheiser 20-speaker Dolby Atmos system and an augmented-reality head-up display. 5-star Euro NCAP (2025); ANCAP pending; Australian pricing not yet announced.
