The 2026 LDV D90 Mode 2WD is the value entry to LDV's seven-seat large SUV range, pairing a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol four (184kW/410Nm) with an 8-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive. Standard kit includes 18-inch alloys, 8-speaker audio, dual 12.3-inch infotainment and driver displays with wireless CarPlay/Auto, integrated dashcam, dual-zone climate control, full LED lighting, blind-spot monitoring, AEB and the full driver-assistance suite. Mode misses out on the Executive's reach-adjust steering, ambient lighting, electric tailgate, sunroof, privacy glass, heated steering wheel and wireless charging. Five-star ANCAP (2017 criteria carried forward), 7yr/200,000km warranty, and a hefty 3,000kg braked towing capacity. Fuel use is 9.1L/100km combined on 95 RON; 75L tank.
Configure the Mode 2WDThe 2026 LDV D90 Executive 2WD is the mid-spec seven-seat large SUV in LDV's D90 line-up, retaining the rear-wheel-drive layout of the Mode but adding ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, privacy glass, an electric easy-open tailgate, heated steering wheel, auto-dimming rear-view mirror, wireless charging, 4-way lumbar electric driver seat and reach-adjust steering. Mechanically unchanged at 184kW/410Nm from the 2.0-litre turbo petrol four through an 8-speed auto. Five-star ANCAP (2017), 7yr/200,000km warranty, 3,000kg braked tow, 9.1L/100km combined fuel use on 95 RON. The 4WD upgrade is a $3,500 step up for the off-road kit and slightly higher payload.
Configure the Executive 2WDThe 2026 LDV D90 Executive 4WD is the flagship of LDV's seven-seat large SUV range and the only D90 with proper off-road hardware. On top of the Executive 2WD's panoramic sunroof, electric tailgate and ambient-lit cabin, the 4WD adds full all-wheel drive with a Crawl Control system, an All-Terrain dial offering Rock, Mud, Sand and Snow modes, and middle+rear differential locks. Same 2.0-litre turbo petrol four at 184kW/410Nm, paired with an 8-speed automatic. The drivetrain bump pushes GVM to 3,100kg and payload to 820kg, but combined fuel use climbs slightly to 9.4L/100km on 95 RON. Five-star ANCAP (2017), 7yr/200,000km warranty, 3,000kg braked tow, 246mm ground clearance and a 550mm wading depth.
Configure the Executive 4WDThe 2021 LDV D90 Executive 2WD takes the same 160kW/350Nm 2.0-litre turbo petrol and six-speed automatic rear-drive layout as the base car and adds the equipment that separates the two grades in LDV's May 2021 sheet: an eight-inch multifunction instrument display, an eight-way electric driver's seat with four-way lumbar adjustment, leather trim across the first two rows, an eight-speaker system, multi-zone climate control, a leather multifunction wheel, ambient lighting, a sunroof, puddle lights, an electric easy open/close tailgate and 19-inch alloys on 255/55R19 tyres. Fuel and emissions are unchanged at 10.2L/100km and 238g/km ADR 81/02, but the Executive is certified to a higher 2,900kg GVM, which lifts payload to 690kg on the same 2,085kg tare.
Configure the Executive 2WDThe 2021 LDV D90 Executive 4WD is the petrol four-wheel-drive column of LDV's May 2021 sheet: the same 160kW/350Nm 2.0-litre turbo petrol and six-speed automatic, but with four-wheel drive, a 2.48:1 low range and a terrain selector adding Rock, Mud, Sand and Snow to the Normal/Sport/Eco modes. It is the only column with an electronic differential lock. The extra hardware costs 200kg of tare (2,285kg) and pushes certified consumption to 10.9L/100km and 255g/km CO2 under ADR 81/02. Equipment matches the Executive 2WD: 19-inch alloys, leather first and second rows, an eight-way electric driver's seat, eight speakers, multi-zone climate, sunroof, ambient lighting and an electric tailgate, on a body with 210mm of ground clearance, a 550mm wading depth and 28/25/20-degree approach, departure and breakover angles.
Configure the Executive 4WDThe 2021 LDV D90 2WD is the entry point to LDV's seven-seat SUV range as LDV Australia specified it in its May 2021 sheet: a 2.0-litre turbo petrol making 160kW at 5,300rpm and 350Nm from 2,500-3,500rpm, driving the rear wheels through a six-speed automatic. It rides on 18-inch alloys with 255/60R18 tyres, and is the only column in the range with a digital instrument cluster, manual dual-zone air conditioning, a six-way manual driver's seat, six speakers and a manual tailgate. Every D90 in the sheet carries six airbags, AEB, blind-spot monitoring, lane-departure warning, traffic-sign recognition, adaptive cruise, front and rear parking sensors, a reversing camera, LED headlights and a 12-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay. LDV certifies 10.2L/100km and 238g/km CO2 under ADR 81/02, a 2,000kg braked tow rating and a 670kg payload against a 2,085kg tare.
Configure the 2WDThe 2021 LDV D90 Executive Diesel 4WD is the heavy-duty column of LDV's May 2021 sheet. A 1,996cc turbo diesel making 158kW and 480Nm replaces the petrol four, driving through an eight-speed automatic with paddle shifts, four-wheel drive and a 2.48:1 low range. It is rated to tow 3,100kg braked with a 310kg tow-ball download against a 6,200kg gross combination mass — half a tonne more braked capacity than any petrol D90 — and carries a 730kg payload on a 3,100kg GVM. Certified consumption is 9.1L/100km with 238g/km CO2 under ADR 81/02, the most economical column in the range. It also uniquely adds a heated steering wheel and a free first scheduled service at six months or 5,000km. Equipment otherwise matches the petrol Executive: 19-inch alloys, leather trim, eight-way electric driver's seat, eight speakers, sunroof, ambient lighting and an electric tailgate.
Configure the Executive Diesel 4WDThe 2023 LDV D90 Executive Diesel 4WD is the tow vehicle of the range and the reason to look past the petrol: 480 Nm from the 2.0-litre turbo diesel through an eight-speed automatic, a 3,100 kg braked towing rating with a 310 kg towball download, a 6,200 kg gross combination mass and the range's highest payload at 730 kg. It is also the most economical at a quoted 9.1 L/100km and 238 g/km. Dual-range 4WD with Terrain Selection, the full Executive interior and 19-inch alloys are all standard.
