The Citroen DS 4 Crossback was a raised, SUV-styled variant of the DS 4 hatch, powered by a more potent 2.0-litre HDi180 turbo-diesel (133kW/400Nm) with stop-start through a six-speed automatic. Citroen Australia's spec sheet claims 4.3L/100km combined and 113g/km CO2, with an 8.6-second 0-100km/h and 1420kg braked towing. It rides 12mm taller than the standard DS4 (1535mm vs 1523mm) on 17-inch Canberra alloy wheels with all-terrain-style cladding and roof style-bars. Standard equipment included Xenon LED headlights, blind spot monitoring, keyless entry and start, a reversing camera with front and rear parking sensors, and a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay.
Configure the CrossbackThe 2013 Citroen DS4 DStyle THP 160 is the entry automatic in Citroen Australia's DS4 coupe-styled hatch range. It pairs a 1.6 litre turbo petrol four making 120kW and 240Nm with a six speed automatic, and Citroen quoted 8.6 seconds for 0 to 100km/h for this drivetrain. Combined fuel use is 7.7L/100km on 95 RON unleaded. The DStyle comes with 17 inch alloys, a leather and cloth trim, dual zone climate control, front and rear parking sensors, blind spot monitoring, cruise control with a speed limiter, Bluetooth and USB, and front seats with electric lumbar and massage. Satellite navigation was not available on this grade, and heated seats came only with the optional leather. It is no longer sold new, so this is a used buy.
Configure the DStyle THP 160The 2013 Citroen DS4 DSport THP 160 combines the DS4's better equipped grade with the 120kW, 240Nm 1.6 litre turbo petrol and a six speed automatic. Over the DStyle it adds full leather trim, satellite navigation, heated front seats and 18 inch alloy wheels with a space saver spare. Standard equipment also includes blind spot monitoring, front and rear parking sensors, dual zone climate control, rain sensing wipers, automatic headlights and front seats with electric lumbar and massage. Combined fuel use is 7.7L/100km. It is no longer sold new in Australia, so this is a used buy.
Configure the DSport THP 160The 2013 Citroen DS4 DSport THP 200 is the performance flagship of the DS4 range and the only version with a manual gearbox. Its 1.6 litre turbo petrol makes 147kW and 275Nm and drives through a six speed manual, and Citroen quotes a 235km/h top speed with combined fuel use of 6.4L/100km. It rides on 19 inch Cairns alloys with a puncture repair kit rather than a spare, and carries the DSport's leather trim, satellite navigation and heated seats along with blind spot monitoring and front and rear parking sensors. It is no longer sold new, so this is a used buy.
Configure the DSport THP 200The 2013 Citroen DS4 DStyle HDi 160 is the diesel version of the DS4's entry grade. Its 2.0 litre turbo diesel makes 120kW and 340Nm through a six speed automatic, returns 5.7L/100km combined and is rated to tow 1450kg braked, the most in the range. The DStyle has 17 inch alloys, leather and cloth trim, dual zone climate control, blind spot monitoring, front and rear parking sensors, cruise control and Bluetooth, and the diesel adds an automatic electric handbrake. Satellite navigation was not offered on the DStyle. It is no longer sold new, so this is a used buy.
