The 2022 LDV MIFA Executive is the middle grade of LDV's petrol seven-seat people mover, adding the equipment that makes the MIFA feel like a private car rather than a converted van. Over the Mode it gains 19-inch alloys, a 360-degree camera in place of the reversing camera, front parking sensors, adaptive headlights with auto high beam, twin tilt-slide sunroofs, electric dual-sliding side doors and an electric tailgate, rain-sensing wipers, multizone climate control with second-row controls, an eight-speaker system, wireless phone charging and electrically adjustable heated and cooled second-row seats. Mechanically it is unchanged: the 2.0-litre turbo petrol produces 160kW and 360Nm through an 8-speed Aisin automatic for 9.3L/100km on the ADR 81/02 combined cycle. Tare mass rises to 2,130kg with a 2,715kg GVM.
Configure the ExecutiveThe 2022 LDV MIFA Mode is the entry grade of LDV's petrol-powered seven-seat people mover, sitting below the all-electric MIFA 9. A 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol four making 160kW and 360Nm drives the front wheels through an 8-speed Aisin automatic, and LDV's own ADR 81/02 figure is 9.3L/100km combined with 220g/km of CO2. At 5,280mm long on a 3,200mm wheelbase it is a genuinely large van-based people mover, with 466 litres behind the third row and 2,017 litres with both rear rows folded. Mode gets 18-inch alloys, leatherette trim, a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, a six-speaker system, a reversing camera with rear sensors and the full driver-assistance suite including AEB front and rear, adaptive cruise, blind-spot monitoring and lane keep assist. Tare mass is 2,040kg against a 2,625kg GVM, and it will tow 2,000kg braked.
Configure the ModeThe 2022 LDV MIFA Luxe is the flagship of LDV's petrol seven-seat people mover and the grade that leans hardest on lounge-style second-row comfort. It replaces the Executive's individual second-row chairs with two captain's chairs that recline, have footrests and add massage on top of the electric adjustment, lumbar support and heating and cooling. The driver gets memory, heating, cooling and massage as well, and the cabin adds premium leather trim, 64-colour ambient lighting and a 12-speaker sound system. The 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol four is shared with the rest of the range at 160kW and 360Nm through an 8-speed Aisin automatic, rated at 9.3L/100km and 220g/km under ADR 81/02. The extra equipment pushes tare mass to 2,230kg against a 2,815kg GVM, and braked towing stays at 2,000kg.
