The 2011 Toyota Rukus Build 1 is the base grade of Toyota's boxy hatch, powered by a 2.4-litre 2AZ-FE petrol engine (123kW/224Nm) through a 4-speed automatic driving the front wheels. Toyota's brochure lists fabric interior trim, a urethane steering wheel, manual air conditioning, 16-inch alloy wheels and Active Braking with intelligence (ABS/BA/EBD) as standard, with 8.8L/100km combined fuel economy.
Configure the Build 1The 2011 Toyota Rukus Build 3 is the top grade, adding a one-touch tilt-and-slide moonroof with privacy glass over the Build 2 specification (leather-accented trim, premium steering wheel, automatic climate control, 9-speaker audio). It uses the same 123kW/224Nm 2.4-litre engine and 4-speed automatic as every Rukus.
Configure the Build 3The 2011 Toyota Rukus Build 2 adds premium leather-accented interior trim, a premium steering wheel with audio and cruise controls, push-button automatic air conditioning and an upgraded 9-speaker audio system with a 4.3-inch TFT screen over Build 1, per Toyota's brochure's 'Build 2 Features in addition to Build 1' list.
