The 2022 Audi RS 3 Sportback is the five-door hot hatch version of the 8Y RS 3, sold new in Australia and now trading used. Its 2,480 cc turbocharged five-cylinder petrol makes 294 kW from 5,600-7,000 rpm and 500 Nm from 2,250-5,600 rpm through a seven-speed S tronic and fully variable quattro drive with the RS torque splitter, an active rear-axle torque distribution that can drive either rear wheel. Audi quotes 3.8 seconds to 100 km/h and a 250 km/h limiter, with 8.3 L/100km and 190 g/km CO2 on the ADR 81/02 combined cycle (on 19-inch wheels) and a 1,570 kg unladen weight that includes a 75 kg driver.
