The 2026 Chery Tiggo 7 Super Hybrid Ultimate is the flagship plug-in hybrid Tiggo 7. Drivetrain is identical to the Urban — 1.5-litre turbo petrol (105kW/215Nm) plus 150kW/310Nm e-motor on an 1-speed Dedicated Hybrid Transmission, 18.4kWh LiFePO4 battery, 93km NEDC EV range, 1.4L/100km combined, CCS2 DC fast charging. The Ultimate's $4,000 premium over the Urban buys a serious equipment uplift: 8-speaker Sony premium audio, 360-degree around-view monitor, front parking sensors, panoramic sunroof with power sunshade, power tailgate, power-folding and auto-dimming heated mirrors, wireless 50W phone charger, ventilated and heated front seats, memory function for the driver's seat, 4-way power passenger seat, colour-selectable ambient lighting, rear privacy glass, LED puddle lights, machined alloy 18-inch wheels (Urban gets dark matte), and powered child safety locks. Active safety is the same comprehensive package as the Urban (AEB with pedestrian/cyclist/junction, blind-spot with rear cross-traffic alert and braking, adaptive cruise with traffic-jam assist, lane-keep, driver monitoring, centre and driver knee airbags). ANCAP rates the Tiggo 7 lineup 5 stars under the 2023-2025 protocol (AOP 82%, COP 86%, VRU 80%, SA 82%). Warranty is 7-year unlimited km plus 8-year on the battery.
